Terms
All Parts are Brand New right from the sets and are sorted out and placed into storage. We do not deal in used items.
Minifigures are assembled. Minifig accessories and weapons sold separately. Pics can't be sent to you.
Payments are take by Paypal. We ship only to the address in the shipping section on Brickowl. Be sure this is your correct address at checkout and is correctly formatted. Be sure to review any apartment numbers, and street numbers as we do not reship orders.
Once paid, the order is final and we will not be able to adjust, add to, refund or cancel it for any reason.
Insurance is an option, and is highy recommened on large orders or parts that are likely to damage. If no insurance is purchased, the buyer is responsible for loss, damage or other issues. Some mail does come with $100 of insurance from the USPS and ALL claims should be made directly with them.
We do make make mistakes. If something is wrong just let is know and a credit will be issued. The order may need to be returned to us first.
No works in done by us on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.
Insufficient Stock: We try to maintain an accurate inventory and to completely fill all orders. We reserve the right to issue either a credit or a partial refund if an issue should arise.
We do not differentiate between similar mold types!!!
Please ask all questions before paying. Extra costs need to be added for all special requests and such, but once the order is paid it's final.
